The origins of this Recipe

Carbonnade Flamande is a traditional Belgian sweet-sour beef stew, similar to the French Beef Bourguignon but cooked with beer instead of red wine. It is seasoned with thyme, bay leaves and mustard and it is usually served with potatoes or bread and accompanied by a beer.
This is not your quick/easy recipe, but it’s so worth the work

Ingredients
  • Premium Beef
  • Beer (no bintang)
  • Onions
  • Dijon Mosterd
  • Bread
  • Herb Mix
Method
1. Marinate the beef in Beer overnight.
2. Fry the onion until brown and sweet.
3.Fry the beef in a pan, don’t throw away the marinade.

 

4.Mix all together.
5.Leave broiling for 5 hours.
